In Supernatural Origins, the story revolves around John Winchester and his two sons Sam and Dean. It is based loosely on the show that is still currently on the CW. There have been 4 Supernatural Comic series of 6 issues each. They are all set before the action in the TV series commences, from just after Mary's death, until the time Sam goes to Stanford.
Synopsis: "After exacting revenge on those responsible for the death of his wife and children, Frank Castle uncovers a conspiracy that runs far deeper than New York’s criminal underworld."
I had said in an earlier review that only one episode was really stand out in excitement this season, and that episode was the premier, “The Ghost”. I neglected to mention this because I was hoping the season finale, this week's episode, would tie back to that episode, which it did.
The Defenders are finally here, and, as much as I am a fan of the Marvel brand, it is another above average serviceable show. That being said, this is not a condemnation for this series, in fact, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
