The dynamic and chemistry with the characters is awesome. It had me interested from start to finish. It’s just a great Green Lantern story period, and a great start to this story arc. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
The war of old Gods vs new Gods continues in part two of James Robinson's "Children of the Gods" Wonder Woman arc this week.
This story was frustrating. But not in a good way. In a very obnoxious way.
God Complex is about a young forensics detective named Seneca who has been assigned a case involving the murder of three clergy from the church of the Trinity in the futuristic city of Delphi.
The story flowed well, the colors were dark and set an appropriate tone for the events at hand. I really wanted to see more action with Doomsday but perhaps that’ll come later.
I consider this writer/artist duo to be an unstoppable force right now. Pick up this issue, it is the beginning of something fantastic. I highly recommend it.
The story arc will need to advance or branch out to keep reader’s interest. However, Lois shows great courage by freeing hostage and Superman heroically saves lives, which is refreshing.
Skip this issue and this entire run, as this was only part one.
