Issue #2 pulls me in even deeper into the Spider-Man/Deapool series. With a correct amount of each character’s current life struggles and the right amount of allies and villains to really spice it up, Spider-Man/Deadpool #2 hits a home run for me.
In this issue, we get to see a “ fly on the wall” perspective of each of characters daily struggles. From Deadpools inner mind conflict whether or not to follow through killing his target that he has been assigned with, to Spider-Man’s constant struggle to impress the public eye with dazzling inventions to keep him on the map
We really get to see some great cameos in this issue from one of Deadpools many mistresses to Peter Parkers extended universe of goblins galore, to the a very young and developed Miles Morales. The issue still provides plenty of action packed pages with ample amounts of subtle adult humor with lots of gross-out moments still to be had.
With a well organized panel layout and a well fitted color scheme the comic flows very nicely as it winds down to what readers are calling a heartfelt bromantic moment between Spider-Man and Deadpool,Only for Deadpool to stumble upon something that might take things to the next level of making his hard-pressed decision whether or not he should eliminate his target PETER PARKER!
